I've been where you are now.

I know what it feels like to be tired—not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually drained from constantly juggling life and work. I spent years climbing the professional ladder, striving for perfection, and putting my needs last. I followed diet after diet, sacrificing my mental health and my favorite cultural foods, only to feel more defeated and disconnected.

I didn’t love what I saw in the mirror, and I wanted nothing more than to have MY perfect body. It took the pandemic of 2020 for me to embark on a self-love journey and realize this: just as life has seasons, so does my body. It was time to stop fighting against my body and start working with it. By honoring my body’s needs and embracing its natural rhythms, I found peace, energy, and confidence, not in some idealized future version of myself, but in the woman I am today.

What I didn’t realize prior to my own journey of transformation was how much my relationship with my body was also impacting my professional life. I hid from opportunities, declined social events, and shied away from speaking engagements—all because I felt my body wasn’t "perfect" enough. I settled for toxic work environments and failed to honor my boundaries, believing that I needed to prove my worth before prioritizing myself. These patterns not only drained me but also limited my earning potential and visibility.

This transformation inspired me to create a wellness coaching business in 2021, which later evolved into what you know now as Your Now Body. This evolution reflects my own understanding that just as life has seasons, so do our bodies.  

My journey began from a place of frustration and longing, but I am now able to move in love through my transformation.

I know the work is continuous because we live in a world that constantly reminds us, we are not enough, that our bodies need to change or be fixed. But here’s what I’ve learned:

As a working mom with two children, I deeply understand the challenges of integrating a demanding career with family life and personal health. With over 20 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant, I’ve spent my career helping individuals and global organizations navigate complex tax issues, optimizing tax strategies while ensuring compliance. My expertise in global mobility and expatriate tax advisory allowed me to help clients align their financial goals with ever-evolving tax laws and regulations.

After years of managing stress in the high-pressure world of public accounting, I realized the importance of honoring my body’s needs during different seasons of life. As a Certified Health Mindset Coach and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I now combine the precision and strategic thinking I honed in public accounting with personalized coaching to guide my clients through stress management, burnout prevention, and developing authentic self-care practices.
